Beware the False Dialectic

I’m learning to contextualize.

Night interacts with day.

The truth, clad in white,

Can never be reconciled

With falsehood,

But they never get

To go their

Separate ways.

The kindly, strict

Dominican Sisters,

Me teachers during me youth,

Wore white habits and black mantles.

Their motto is ‘Veritas’.

Life is about dawn and dusk

Where text must always

Be beholden

To subtext and context.
